Describe the contribution

Fixes Add OS_SocketRecvFrom functional test for NULL RemoteAddr case #1101
- Adds an additional functional test for OS_SocketRecvFrom() testing a NULL input for the RemoteAddr parameter

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Coverage/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
No change to behavior (test changes only).
